Difference between SSRs and Mechanical Relays

SSRs (Solid State Relays) have no movable contacts. SSRs are not very different in operation from mechanical Relays that have movable contacts. SSRs, however, employ semiconductor switching elements, such as thyristors, triacs, diodes, and transistors. Furthermore, SSRs employ optical semiconductors called photocouplers to isolate input and output signals. Photocouplers change electric signals into optical signals and relay the signals through space, thus fully isolating the input and output sections while relaying the signals at high speed.SSRs consist of electronic parts with no mechanical contacts. Therefore, SSRs have a variety of features that mechanical relays do not incorporate. The greatest feature of SSRs is that SSRs do not use switching contacts that will physically wear out.

SSRs are ideal for a wide range of applications due to the following performance characteristics.
* They provide high-speed, high-frequency switching operations.
* They have no contact failures.
* They generate little noise.
* They have no operation noise.

How Transformers Work

Transformer is a tool used to raise or lower the alternating voltage (AC). The transformer consists of three main components namely: the first coil (primary), which acts as an input, the second coil (secondary), which acts as the output, and an iron core that serves to strengthen the magnetic field generated
When the primary coil connected to the alternating voltage source, changes in electrical current in the primary coil causes a changing magnetic field.

A changing magnetic field is strengthened by the presence of an iron and an iron core is delivered to the secondary coil, so that the ends of the secondary coil will arise emf induction.

This effect is called mutual inductance (mutual inductance)

Output transformator

Basically, this output transformer as the adjustment function is the impedance of the input and output.
Output transformer installed in its operations as a liaison between the amplifier end with a loud speaker in a series of radio receiver or amplifier circuit.

At the output transformer is also equipped with Center Tap as the transformer input, placement only on the primary windings.

Oscillator Transformer

Oscillator Transformer is a transformer which includes high frequency used for purposes and in accordance with its name is usually widely used in the oscillator circuit on a plane radio receiver.
Its form is similar to the IT transformer, OT transformer and MF transformer. To distinguish is to look at the sign of certain serial numbers in accordance with its type.

The function of capacitor

Installation of capacitors in a series of electronics has the sole purpose of which:
-As a liaison / coupling that connects each part in an electronic circuit.

- Separating the alternating current from direct current.

- As the filters used in series Power Supply.

- As the generator frequency frequenza in the transmitter circuit.

-Eliminate bounce (jump the fire) in the circuit switch- Power saving electricity in a series of fluorescent lamps.

DIODE semiconductor

DIODE semiconductor
Diodes are included semi-conductor components consisting of 2 electrode is the P anode and N cathode

Definition of semi-conductor is a material made from materials PN Junction, which is a mixture consisting of material

P Type Positive negatively charged and negatively charged negative materialPositive P-type material is a mixture consisting of germaium or silicon with aluminum and an electron-deficient material and are positiveNeagtive

N-Type material is a mixture consisting of germanium or silicon with phosphorus and an excess of electrons and negativeIf the two materials are brought together it will be forming an active component called DIODE
